Attorney Title Services is an affiliate of the law firm of McGunagle, Reidy & Hentz, Ltd. The lawyers possess over 50 years of combined experience in the practice of law, focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our attorneys are licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

 We have handled all manner of real estate transactions including acquiring, selling, refinancing and construction financing; commercial financing; commercial and residential leasing; and development and subdivision transactions.

Our expertise also includes working with non-profit organizations providing financing and development of affordable housing.
